Where do you ships your products from?

  • We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States and China. We are located in San Antonio, Texas  & manufacture all products within the United States. Please expect your items to be shipped separately, if you order more than one item, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Shipping times vary by customer location and product shipping location, however orders arrive in approximately 7-14 business days.

How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days, although during high demand times items may ship within 5 business days.  Multiple items may arrive separately.

Where is your company located?

  • Our headquarters is in the US while our warehouses are located across the United States, and China.

Will I receive a confirmation number after I place my order?

  • Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation number to the email they provide during checkout.
Are there any restrictions on the text that can be printed on the products?
  • In order to ensure that look of your item is esthetically pleasing, we strongly recommend only one name in the text field. 
Do you have a size guide available for t-shirts and other apparel products?
  • Yes 
Can I preview the design before finalizing my order?
  • For special ordered items that we've agreed to generate for you, previews can be made available upon request.  
How can I track the status of my order once it has been placed? 
  • All orders come with a tracking number and you will be able to ascertain the location of your item(s).
Are rush orders or expedited shipping options available for urgent requests? 
  • Due to the nature of our production, we are unable to rush or expedite orders.  
Are there any design templates or themes available for customization on the products?
  • We do not have design templates, but we're happy to accommodate special requests.  Simply email us at info@bulldogzilla.com to see if we can accomplish your request.  Depending on the complexity, there may be an additional fee. Most customization includes photos and/or names.
